Not the most zappy or colourful of entries (er, obviously...) but very satisfying, pretty and really rather relaxing. Rather Zen, I guess. :-) Your framing/crop, depth of field and processing all work well together and you've also given us a photo which conveys both the stillness of the scene and the motion and life of the water. I like it and it's going high in my top ten. :-)

Wonderfully simple. I like it. Comp looks good. The only trouble area I'm seeing is the upper right corner, where the cutout in the bamboo is located. It has the corner feeling undone. Not real sure how this could be remedied. A small matter really. Overall it's well done. Good take on theme.

The composition is not well balanced. Technically a very good picture. Maybe it could have a little more light. The b.g. works out very well.

What a delightfully beautiful shot.
