Oh my goodness, what a pleasant surprise! I can’t believe I got a 2nd!!!! :-) I really enjoy entering Fujimugs and have learnt loads since I joined; all the helpful advice must be paying off. Thank you so much for the votes and comments.

Thanks also to my lovely snail (he’s not ugly Marguerite honest lol). We have 7 that we keep as pets in a heated tank; they’re not native to the UK thank goodness, so there is no chance of them invading the garden LindyB. Though this one had his 5 minutes of freedom and fame! They are pretty big; shell length is about 10cm. Together they can eat half a cucumber a day!

Everything is in the right place for the rule of thirds, and the snail is perfectly focused. How big are these giant snails? I dread to think how much damage they could do to a garden! In my TT.

The snail is exactly in the right place and the log gives an excellent feeling of depth to the photo. The shot is well exposed and sharp where it should be. I think it will do well. GL.
