Hi Lisa, I didn't vote on any entries because I didn't enter this challenge but on looking through the entries this one stood out for me. Great subject for the theme and of course a great photo. Well done Lisa.

@ Leanne, Blending options was just to add a border and shadow.
For the colors I used 'Adobe Lightroom'

Vital communication going on here, very good take on theme! Not to thrilled with the comp, think I would crop away the right side creating some imbalance and having the subject appear to be looking into the frame. I like the blending and tones. Good luck, dp.

I just love this. The desaturated (almost monotone) colour works well. I'd like to know which combination of blending options you used. My only small nitpick is there's hardly any space above his head, just a little more would have been nice. My #1
